The price was decent and the free breakfast was a plus. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness was poor, there were stains on the bed sheets and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. the bathroom was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The only minor complaint I have is that the lift system was not very comfortable.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The staff was really nice and always willing to help. Loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room, it was so handy to store our leftovers from all the delicious nearby restaurants. The location was amazing! So close to all the main attractions, we didn't have to spend much time traveling. , the bed was really comfortable and gave us a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom was quite cramped, there wasn't enough space to move around. It was also a bit difficult for my elderly family members to climb the stairs leading to the apartment on the top floor.
